Smoothies are always delicious and they’re a great source of nutrients. I mostly make my smoothies in the morning to go along with my breakfast. They’re quick and keep my belly full for a while. Here are two smoothies you can try out. Enjoy!

BEETROOT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Beetroot
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbs Chia Seeds
  • Oats for toppings
 

DIRECTIONS

Set aside half of the apple for toppings, to add a bit of crunch to your smoothie bowl.

Add all the ingredients to the blender then blend.  Pour the smoothie into your favorite bowl, top it up with the other half of the apple you set aside along with oats and dive into your smoothie bowl.

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen mango

1 frozen banana

1 cup oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup natural unsweetened yogurt

handful of raspberries

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend. Top it up with oats and some raspberries. Enjoy your smoothies!
